4 chicken breasts
2 8 oz. boxes of lasagna noodles
fresh ground black pepper
finely ground sea salt
paprika
8 oz. bag of broccoli florettes, thawed
8 oz. bag of baby carrots, thawed
5 oz. box of chopped spinach, thawed
1 pint of ricotta cheese
5 oz. of shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 1 lb. jars of Ragu alfredo sauce
4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
virgin olive oil
Cook it like you think you should, basically following a standard lasagna recipe. That'll work until I remember exactly what I do...
