Desirous of starting my career as early as possible, I joined Konica at age 18. Over 16 years, I’ve held positions in 3 departments. Computer work was and is a major part of my responsibilities in each position.

I have trained others and myself in various applications throughout the years. In so doing, I have established myself as a resource for computer-related questions and issues. I have automated systems and processes in each position held. Also, I have managed and tested a contracted recipe management software development project.

Due to my efforts, I was offered and accepted a position in AS/400 programming without any prior training. As training progressed, I learned quickly and completed several programming projects. While in this position, I continued to develop PC solutions for various departments as well as manage and test the recipe system.

Because of my stronger interest and knowledge of PC's, my current position, PC Engineering Specialist, was offered to me. I am also the frontline of a helpdesk I established. In that role, I handle training requests, answer user questions and perform immediate troubleshooting. If necessary, the solution is assigned to another IS member and/or is scheduled for timely implementation.

I am a dedicated and self-directed professional, committed to achieving personal and corporate goals. To that end, the strength of my technical experience, training, aptitude and positive, customer-oriented work ethic would be of notable value to your company. The combination of my experience in systems operations, programming, project development and an upbringing in a family retail business has allowed me to deliver high quality results and innovative solutions while ensuring customer input and satisfaction.
